Dedicated to providing high-quality legal services through client-centered practices.
Jody M. Elliott
Attorney Jody M. Elliott began her practice as a legal aid attorney, where she initially practiced estate planning and family law. Shortly after beginning her career, she was designated to be one of two attorneys on a grant who would narrow their practice to assisting only survivors of domestic violence. For the long life of the grant, Jody almost exclusively practiced family law. Jody has extensive domestic violence training and litigation experience.
With her experience, Jody understands that no two cases are the same. Jody believes that making her practice client-centered, where the client feels heard, understood, respected, and supported, is a leading factor to achieving a fair and equitable result. Jody understands that no one wins in a family law dispute, but believes that there is always a resolution where the client will feel content.
